THC of Nevada provides a comprehensive therapy program for the treatment of decubitis ulcers and bedsores.  This program may be used in acute extended or home care settings.

THC of Nevada utilizes the microAIR 3500S “Invacare” mattress replacement system with 100-150 liters of air per minute escaping through holes in the air sacs underneath the cover. The Vapor Permeable Cover reduces friction and shear. It allows moisture vapor to pass through but is fluid-proof to prevent the egress of liquids into the system. The support surface is composed of three zones that are 9 inches deep. This is deep enough for adequate immersion to allow for weight distribution even in a side lying position. The foot section automatically inflates to a lower pressure than the other sections to provide lower interface pressures for the heels.
